Order Processing
All orders placed on mooshii.com are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse team within 1-2 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been fully processed, it will be shipped out, and delivery will occur within the time frame associated with the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After your order is shipped, transit times can vary between 1-09 business days depending on the shipping speed chosen at checkout. The following carriers are used for shipping:

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 within the contiguous United States. For orders below $65, standard shipping is available for $6.99. Expedited shipping is available for $14, and VIP shipping for $21. This offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. Please ensure that the total cost of your order is over $65 after any discount codes are applied to qualify for free shipping.
Updating Shipping and Billing Information
Shipping Address
It is important to review your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team at team@mooshii.com with your order number and the corrected address within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Billing Address
We are unable to update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, as long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be processed without any issues. Please check your order confirmation to ensure all details are correct.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at team@mooshii.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Shipping to Special Addresses
Mail Forwarding Services
We do ship to Mail Forwarding Service addresses. However, once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the items after they have reached the shipping address on file. Orders or items shipped to Mail Forwarding Service addresses are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
P.O. Boxes
We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that shipping to a P.O. box may result in delayed delivery times as determined by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
We currently do not ship outside US. If you have interest in our products. Please contact team@mooshii.com for more information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@mooshii.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
