RETURNS

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know. 

To ensure you’ve found the perfect fit for your family, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to a few conditions:

  • Your return request (including your full name, email, and Order Number) must be emailed to our team at team@mooshii.com within 30 days from the date your product was delivered.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in the original condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached for a full refund.
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Your 30 days trial period begins the day you receive your original order. If you make an exchange within that period, the trial period will not be extended.

Sale items & Imperfects

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and imperfects cannot be returned.

We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return and our team has confirmed it meets the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria.

EXCHANGE 

Need to exchange for a different size, color or product? Thanks to the new features within our return portal, you can exchange an item for a different size, color, or a new product, free of charge. Here are some  of the available options:

  • Select a different size
  • Select our "Shop Now" feature to choose a different size and color
  • Select our "Shop Now" feature to choose a different product completely

After you have completed your exchange on our portal, make sure to drop off the returning item with the correct carrier as soon as possible. Your exchanged item will not be processed until the tracking information reflects that the item has been dropped off with the carrier. We cannot guarantee inventory during this time frame, and in the event your new item goes out of stock, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team to select either a refund or an alternative item of equal value. If you choose the refund option, it will be processed promptly once we confirm that the returned item is in transit. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a smooth exchange experience.
